General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders and business relationships between Allgäu Dogs and its customers in the version valid at the time of the order.
These terms and conditions apply to both consumers (§ 13 BGB) and entrepreneurs (§ 14 BGB).

3. Offer and conclusion of contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding product presentation.
By submitting the order, the customer makes a binding offer to purchase the goods contained in the shopping cart.
The contract is concluded when Allgäu Dogs accepts the offer by sending an order confirmation via email or by delivering the goods.
4. Prices and shipping costs
All prices quoted are in euros and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
In addition to the product prices, shipping costs may apply, which will be clearly communicated to the customer before the order is completed.
5th delivery
Delivery will be made to the delivery address specified by the customer.
Information regarding delivery times represents non-binding guidelines unless expressly agreed to be binding.
6. Payment
The available payment methods are displayed to the customer during the ordering process.
Unless otherwise agreed, the invoice amount is due immediately after conclusion of the contract.
7. Right of withdrawal
Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal.
However, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods,
which are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection
or where the consumer's decision is decisive or which clearly refers to
tailored to the personal needs of the consumer
(Custom-made products in accordance with Section 312g Paragraph 2 No. 1 of the German Civil Code).
This applies in particular to custom-made dog fitness and dog training equipment, as well as products manufactured according to specific customer requirements (e.g. dimensions, designs, special constructions).

8. Retention of title
The goods remain the property of Allgäu Dogs until full payment is received.
9. Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply.
For business customers, the warranty period is one year from delivery of the goods, insofar as legally permissible.
10. Liability
Allgäu Dogs exclusively manufactures wooden dog sports and dog training equipment and does not sell fitness equipment for humans .
The products are intended exclusively for use in dog sports or dog training.
Allgäu Dogs is fully liable for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health, provided these are based on an intentional or negligent breach of duty.
Allgäu Dogs is only liable for other damages in cases of intent and gross negligence.
In cases of simple negligence, Allgäu Dogs is only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations); in this case, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract.
Liability for damages caused by improper use , incorrect training ,
Ignoring instructions , overtaxing the dog ,
Lack of supervision or an unsuitable state of health of the dog are excluded.
The use of the products is always at the customer's own risk .
The customer is responsible for assessing the health, age, and training level of their dog.
11. Data protection
Information on the processing of personal data can be found in our privacy policy .
12. Final Provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
If the customer is a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law, the place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Allgäu Dogs.
Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be or become wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
